How we collect, use and protect your personal data
Iskra Travel Agency (FDS TURİZM DIŞ TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., Istanbul, Turkey) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we process it, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect
When you send us an enquiry through the form, we collect the information you enter yourself:
- your name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- the content of your message,
- travel preferences (e.g. preferred tour, dates and number of travellers).
When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address and browser type may also be recorded automatically for security purposes and to keep the site working properly. You can read more about cookies in our Cookie policy.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare an offer and communicate with you about your trip. The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Only trusted service providers (e.g. hosting and email) may have access to it, processing it on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards. If you book a trip, we share the necessary data with service providers such as hotels and airlines only to the extent required to deliver the trip.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication, and no longer than two years from our last contact, unless the law requires a longer retention period. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority – in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), and in the EU, the supervisory authority in your country.

Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS), to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
